Took my laptop for service as it was shutting down unexpectedly. They opened the laptop completely in front of me and told the fan was not running due to dust accumulation. Mr.Vishnu, Mr.Subhdev & Mr.Mahender tried to support me to retrieve whatsapp data for me as I had made all sorts of mistakes to delete my back ups. I could not believe that they spend so much of time just trying to make up for my fumbles - in this city of Bangalore where time is more money than many cities. When I requested them to take a service charge - they declined. Such experiences come across you Bangalore in rarity. I would recommend them to anyone who is an electronically backward person like me or a tech-savvy alike.
